YES, this is very important! Before confirming your booking, we highly recommend calling or messaging the tasker to discuss and agree on the final price. While we display base rates, the actual cost may vary depending on the specific requirements, materials needed, and complexity of your task. This ensures there are no surprises and both parties are clear on expectations and pricing.
Pricing varies by service type, complexity, location, and materials required. Each tasker sets their own rates based on their experience and expertise. Always discuss the final price with your tasker before starting the work.
Yes, you can cancel your booking from your MyBookings. Please note that cancellation policies may vary depending on how close to the scheduled time you cancel.
Yes, you can reschedule your appointment by contacting your tasker directly or through our platform. Please provide reasonable notice when possible.
If a tasker doesn't show up for your scheduled appointment, please contact our support team immediately. We'll help you find an alternative solution and may provide compensation for the inconvenience.
Payment & Billing
Payment is made directly to the tasker upon completion of the service. Payment methods accepted may include cash, bank transfer, or digital payment platforms as agreed with your tasker.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with the service, please contact us within 24 hours of completion. We'll work with you and the tasker to resolve any issues.
Yes, tipping is appreciated but not required. If you're satisfied with the service, you can tip your tasker directly.
No, JuanFix does not charge any additional service fees. You pay the agreed amount directly to your tasker for the service provided.
Safety & Security
Yes, all taskers undergo a verification process including background checks and document verification to ensure your safety and security.
Report any damages immediately. We have policies in place to address such situations and will work to resolve them fairly between you and the tasker.
You can report issues through your dashboard under "My Reports" or contact our support team directly. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
Yes, we take data privacy seriously. Your personal information is encrypted and protected according to data protection standards. We never share your information without your consent.
Account Management
Go to your profile page and click "Edit Profile" to update your information including contact details, address, and profile picture.

You can deactivate your account in the Settings page. Note that you won't be able to book services while your account is inactive.
Yes, you can permanently delete your account from the Settings page. This action cannot be undone, and all your data will be permanently removed.
For Taskers
Click "Become a Tasker". You'll need to complete a registration process including verification of your skills, documents, and background check.
You'll need valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and relevant certifications or portfolios showcasing your skills in your chosen service category.
Taskers may need to subscribe to our platform to receive bookings. Different subscription plans are available with varying features and benefits.
